Joel at Computerbilities was incredibly patient with my issue. After scouring my computer with me to try and recover 4+ hours worth of work, he persistently pushed through and found out why/how the document was moved to an entirely different drive. I’m typically the one people lean on for IT help around the office, and I was completely out of ideas as to what might have happened to the most recent version of the file. Having had a computer issue which appeared to be a virus, I was not sure who to call. A friend referred me to Computerbilities. Good Thing!! All around great service. What appeared to be a virus was actually a cyber infiltration on my system. Computerbilities identified the issue, cleaned up my system and secured our network/computer from future attacks. By the way, I use VPN and security software…..but, in spite, …we almost lost all data and related information both business and personal. Please contact Computerbilities for service, for maintenance annual or otherwise; and, definitely if you experience any type of issue.
